Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to manage the employer and employee data you enter.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it for unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of the payroll records you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them in order to provide the Service.

The Service calculates PAYE and NIS from tax configuration that is human-verified against the official Inland Revenue table before payslips are finalized. Even so, the Service is a compliance aid and does not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the figures you file and for meeting your statutory obligations and deadlines.

Paid plans (Starter, Business and Bureau) are billed in advance on a recurring basis in USD through our payment processor, Stripe. Bureau plans may include usage-based charges (for example, per additional client) as shown before checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
